Randy Sue Pollock has been a criminal defense lawyer for more than 35 years and represents clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and other federal districts throughout the country. Douglas R. Young Partner at Farella Braun + Martel LLP, Doug Young is hired by clients to handle sensitive cases with complicated facts. These cover multiple subject areas, including internal investigations; international antitrust or FCPA claims; intellectual property including theft of trade secrets; securities and antitrust; white collar criminal defense; and parallel civil/regulatory proceedings. Doug has tried more than 50 cases to verdict and has argued over 45 appellate matters. Reflecting his unusually diverse experience, and his almost 45 years of courtroom and counseling experience, Doug is in demand for both his judgment and his technical expertise. He often serves as a court-appointed special master in complex matters, has successfully taken on three death penalty cases by court appointment, and served for 12 years on the Criminal Justice Act Defense Panel for the Northern District of California.
